pickup times are from 730am -1000am and returns are from 330pm - 630pm TImes may vary depending on weather and traffic

please be punctual. parents will be notified via text message that your dog hase been checked-in, this means we are about to arrive. Each stop will be allowed a five (5) minute grace period. after which, we will move on to our next stop and you will be charged for the day

Cutoff for reservation requests are at noon the day before.

In the event that you have to cancel your existing reservation, please cancel before noon the day before your reservation or you will be charged for the day, Our van space is very limited adn we would like for those in our waitilist to get a chance to join us for the day.

Same day service is not available for new clients
